I am a technology builder, some will say a disrupter, who thinks outside the box to find new and better ways to build products and services that will transform markets and industries and allow companies and teams to succeed and survive in the digital age.

Digital disruption is the reality that turns any area upside down - from banking and telecom to healthcare, from manufacturing to retail.

And the truth is - It is not about the “digital strategy”. It is about a continuous process of strategic adaption and business model evolution based on digital opportunities and technologies.

One of my professional skills is to “see” new products & IP in technology trends before they become mainstream. I built internet-based payment gateways in 1998. Did SS7 network lawful interception & SMS voting solutions already in 2000. Designed Smart City & Smart Home products, commonly used today, already by 2011.

And I have been fortunate enough for the last 7 years to be working on the next generation of Web3.0 hardware devices & services, better software-defined device radio’s (SDR) and a “5 nines” open-source service platform for hosting and scaling curated open-source software in carrier grade environments.

More boringly put - I am a 55-year-old Dane with a wealth of experience in managerial and technical roles as CTO and Managing Director for the last +30 years across EMEA. Today I have R&D teams in 7 countries (DK/RO/EG/CN/UAE/USA & India) and a strong track record of building high-performance teams and delivering cutting-edge, award-winning digital solutions and physical hardware products.

I am a people-focused manager with extensive international multicultural experience, from building and managing large business units for blue-chip International Companies to founding several startups in Telecom, Mechanical & Electronics Engineering, ITC, and Managed Services. I am an experienced communicator, presenter and negotiator with significant Board, Institutional investor, Venture capital and Private equity fundraising experience from multiple startups.
